The Rescue Sprint is a 4–8 week Design Partner engagement engineered for high-impact results with a minimal operational footprint. It follows a collaborative model where the client serves as the Strategic Navigator and Decision Maker, while the Mexlink Application Team executes all heavy lifting, including technical analysis and conceptual design.

Designed for maximum efficiency, the total time commitment for your team is kept to a tactical minimum of 12–14 hours over the project duration, with field testing integrated seamlessly into daily maintenance routines (+30 min per case). The mission is to equip leadership with a fact-based roadmap, demonstrating exactly how AI drives a significant productivity leap and secures operational resilience in an increasingly constrained expert resource market.

TACTICAL PHASES OF COLLABORATION

• Planning & Current State Assessment: The mission begins with a joint planning session where the client defines critical pain points and objectives. Mexlink analyzes the current maintenance process, data collection quality, and the ratio of veteran experts to the rest of the team. The client steers the focus to where AI-driven value is highest.
• IT-Infra & Productivity Audit: We jointly review the role and data quality of existing systems (ERP/CMMS). We identify bottlenecks where information flow breaks down or diagnostics stall, determining the optimal position for AI to bridge these gaps and accelerate troubleshooting.
