Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a license as a payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Bank Payments

All Finnish banks’ payment buttons are available. You can pay using the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, and Ålandsbanken. On your bank statement, the recipient will appear as Paytrail Oyj, and we forward your payment to the online merchant. You will be redirected from the online store directly to your own bank to complete the payment securely.

Credit Card Payments

You can pay in the online store using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, and American Express cards. International authentication services such as Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and American Express SafeKey are used.

Card payments are processed securely on a protected payment form, and no card information is stored in the online store’s systems.
