Return and Refund Policy

These terms apply only to our physical products, not services. Products have a 14-day return period. The right to exchange or return does not apply to damaged products. Consumers have the right to cancel a distance purchase order by notifying MexLink Oy customer service within 14 days of receiving the order.

For returns and exchanges, please contact us first via email at pasi.julkunen@mexlink.fi. Note that an uncollected order is not considered a return or cancellation. Please request a receipt for the returned item from the delivery provider.

Business customers are responsible for returning or exchanging products ordered from the online store at their own cost, delivered to MexLink Oy’s premises (returns cannot be picked up from, for example, Matkahuolto or Posti).

Shipping costs for returns made at MexLink Oy’s expense will be charged to the customer. Private consumers can return products via Matkahuolto’s customer return service by calling their customer returns number.

The product being returned must be fully saleable (original packaging, clean, product labels intact). Fill out the return form included with the shipment, place the form and product in the original packaging, and write on the package:

  • Our address
  • Matkahuolto customer returns number
  • The text: “Customer Return”

Returning the product is free of charge if the return is made according to our online store’s delivery terms.

Please request a return number from our customer service by phone or email. We do not accept returns after 14 days. Once the return has been processed and approved, the value of the returned products will generally be refunded using the same payment method used when placing the order.
